MEET THE BOARD:
Current members are John Montgomery, President; Jack Hardison, V.P.;
Frankie Ramey, Secretary; Selinda Miller, Treasurer; and Rod
Johnson, Member. John Montgomery lives in
Georgetown,
Texas and holds a B.S. in
Education. He has been the Director of The Iowa Association of
Mental Health and retired after 25 years from The American Cancer
Society where he served as Senior V.P. for Fund Raising. John has
attended several service programs in addition to many trips on his
own to work with the Hopi schools. John says, “We had talked about
beginning this foundation for several years before we finally just
decided to start it as a
Texas
foundation because that is where most of the people who have shown
an interest lived. We are currently looking for more volunteers and
additional board members. We do not have travel funds so attending
the meetings is at the individual board members expense. If anyone
is interested in being on the board, they should contact us.”
